Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with a dynamic team to bring large-scale projects to life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing project delivery from conception to completion
• Designing and analyzing structural systems
• Preparing detailed calculations, drawings, and reports
• Building and maintaining client and contractor relationships
• Providing mentorship to junior staff

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor and post-graduate degree in Structural Engineering
• CPEng or working towards certification
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Structural Engineering in New Zealand
• Proficiency in a variety of fields such as roading, earthworks, and water projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with NZ building, design, and seismic codes
