About the Role: Services Engineer Lead

We are currently seeking a Services Engineer Lead to join our team based in Auckland. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical, electrical, and building services engineering. Your role will involve providing technical advice to the Technical Director, leading and managing a team of Building Services Engineers, and overseeing the service discipline design process for projects. You will also be responsible for managing service contractors' performance, preparing testing and commissioning documentation, and ensuring compliance with local authority requirements.

Requirements for the Role

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a group or manager Services Engineering role, with a focus on large-scale and complex projects, preferably in the airport sector. You must be self-motivated, a team player, and have excellent communication skills. Proficiency in computer software packages such as Revit, Autocad, and MS Project would be an advantage. The ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and establish good working relationships is essential.
