Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in the education sector? We have an exciting position available for a Service Delivery Project Support Specialist to join our progressive education customer in Auckland's Parnell location.

What You'll Do:

As a Service Delivery Project Support Specialist, you will work within an IT project team to ensure high levels of service delivery and customer support. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, tracking, and documenting projects to meet targets. You will also handle project purchasing, invoicing, and financial tasks such as reconciliations.

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • 1-3+ years experience in Service Delivery or project coordination
  • Ability to work autonomously and make clear decisions
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
  • Exposure to the education sector is a plus
