Join Our Team as Field Service Technician

We are currently expanding in the New Zealand market and seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. Reporting to the National Service Manager, this newly created role will play a crucial part in our operations, particularly in after-sales maintenance, repair, and warranty services.

Responsibilities

As a Field Service Technician at Yutong, you will:

• Deliver exceptional service to customers
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on heavy diesel products
• Respond to field breakdowns with regular travel within the state
• Diagnose and repair Yutong buses
• Inspect and replace components as needed
• Complete necessary documentation

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or relevant certification
• Prior experience as an HV Technician
• Strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction
• New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or valid working rights
• Excellent diagnostic, electronic, and IT skills
• A valid New Zealand Driver’s license
