Senior CAD Lead/Designer Full-time Job

### The Role: Working alongside the Digital Management Team and company leaders, you'll help to coordinate and manage CAD support and standards for the company. You’ll contribute to drafts, models, and designs, provide technical support, represent the company to clients & contractors, and strive to improve the company’s current standards & systems.

### Responsibilities: - Collaborate with company leaders, engineers, and clients to provide CAD & BIM support & guidance. - Lead & manage CAD & BIM management & delivery. - Contribute to civil water, rail, transport, and land designs, drafts, and models. - Strive to improve internal systems, usage, and standards including CAD & design support. - Manage budget & timeframes for effective project delivery.

### About you: - Extensive experience in the generation of drafting, design, and modeling of multidisciplinary engineering projects. - Ability to lead a CAD design team & delegate responsibilities & deadlines as required. - Advanced knowledge of NZ codes and standards related to civil engineering. - Competent in the use of AutoCAD, Civil3D/12d. Knowledge of BIM software will be an advantage. - Excellent written and verbal English Language skills.
