Job Description Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors and tradespeople, providing guidance and support for safe and efficient work completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, site diaries, and health and safety records.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire teams.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health and safety practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Project or similar products.
