Civil Construction Quantity Surveyor in Auckland

We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Auckland. This role involves managing project costs, reviewing designs, pricing work, and supporting project managers in various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs
• Review designs and plans
• Pricing of work
• Identify and price variations
• Attend on-site meetings
• Process variations
• Cost monitoring
• Progress and payment claims
• Procurement
• Budgeting

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Civil Construction Quantity Surveying in New Zealand
• Relevant QS Diploma or industry qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-driven and motivated
• Residency or valid work visa in New Zealand

Salary: $90,000 - $160,000 (experience dependent)
