Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery within budget.
• Manage and coordinate on-site engineering activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
• Provide innovative solutions for technical issues during construction.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an Engineer in construction, specifically vertical build projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
