About the Role

The Site Supervisor role at Pipeline & Civil requires a minimum 55-hour work week and entails various responsibilities, including ensuring safety procedures are followed, leading a team effectively, and overseeing work tasks on civil construction sites. From conducting pre-start task analyses to managing subcontractors and communicating with project stakeholders, this role offers a diverse set of tasks that require attention to detail and strong leadership skills.

Key Requirements

To be considered for the Site Supervisor position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a clean New Zealand Full Licence
• Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of safety procedures
• Be willing to undergo pre-employment medical and drug tests
• Possess exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
