Role Details

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will report to the commercial manager and collaborate with the project manager. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing subcontractor contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, cost analysis, managing variations and final accounts, conducting client meetings, and addressing project-related issues by engaging with various stakeholders.

Background Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying with over 10 years of experience working on New Zealand projects exceeding $20M in value, preferably with a Tier 1 or 2 main contractor. A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and tradespeople are essential for success in this role. Remuneration
