Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Auckland
Key Responsibilities
- Methodically manage the five phases of project delivery
- Assist the commercial team in securing profitable continuous workload
- Ensure meticulous planning and documentation of project requirements
- Efficiently execute project tasks, allocate resources, and manage budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Close projects effectively, ensuring customer acceptance and final settlement
- Contribute to continual improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for enhancement
Key Requirements
- NZ Trade qualification or equivalent
- NZ Residency or valid work permit
- Minimum of 5 years of project management or supervision experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines
- PMBOK certification and design-build project delivery experience (desirable)
