Solar Install Manager Full-time Job

Welcome to an exciting opportunity in the renewable energy industry! We are looking for a dynamic Installation Manager to join our team in Auckland. If you are passionate about solar systems, project management, and leading a team to success, this role might be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install Management: Review job packs and perform quality control checks to ensure high standards.
• Team Support: Ensure team compliance with job processes and conduct regular toolbox training sessions.
• Training: Coach team members, run apprentice training sessions, and conduct product training.
• Pre-Inspections & Job Packs: Review job info, complete pre-site inspections, and coordinate third-party services.
• Customer Service: Assist with resolutions, perform QA checks, and utilize suppliers' resources for issue resolution.
• General Duties: Promote health and safety, report incidents, prioritize workload, and support workplace culture.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Current electrical license and ideally 5 years of experience
• Solar & Battery Experience leading installations
• Full NZ Driver’s License
