About Taikura Trust

Taikura Trust serves as the primary facilitator of needs assessment and service coordination for individuals under 65 with various impairments. Our mission is to provide certainty and support to those we serve, guiding them towards the lives they desire.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee team processes to ensure agility, compliance, and efficiency
  • Lead by example with hands-on caseload management
  • Collaborate with other teams to streamline systems and information flow
  • Act as the go-to person for support on various issues within the team
  • Support the Manager and deputise as necessary in external engagements
  • Uphold Taikura values of respect and inclusivity

What We Look for in You

  • Passion for the disability sector and commitment to our values
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in coordinating support for individuals with diverse needs
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities with an understanding of learning styles
  • Knowledge of the health and disability or education sectors
