Specialist Youth Worker (TFM) – Te Whare Tumanako o Kia Puāwai

About the role:

• Permanent Part-Time position (0.8FTE) working weekends
• Hours of work: 7am to 11pm on both Saturday and Sunday
• Apply Teaching Family Model to help young people reach their potential
• Assist with day-to-day running of the home and basic house administration
• Experience in residential services or youth programs preferred

About You:

• Experience working with rangatahi who have complex behavioural needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Full NZ drivers licence and relevant qualifications preferred
• Pass satisfactory Police and Oranga Tamariki background checks
