Job requirements:

- Proven experience leading an effective team. - Strong Account Management experience. - Experience working with businesses in a solution-focused role. - Sound knowledge of the NZ business environment. - Effective coaching skills. - Knowledge or willingness to learn about Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo, and Te Ao Māori.

Job responsibilities:

- Lead and/or contribute to building sustainable relationships with key data suppliers. - Support change, transformation, and growth in administrative data and ingestion technology. - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders. - Provide coaching and development to the team. - Implement the direction of Collection Operations for best outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience leading a team. - Account Management experience. - Knowledge of the NZ business environment. - Coaching skills. - Interest in learning about Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo, and Te Ao Māori.
