Job Description Optimization: Support Worker in Women's Health
About the Client
Our client, based in Auckland with facilities in Manurewa and Te Atatu South, is dedicated to women's health. You will be working with women who have overcome adversity and challenges.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide compassionate support to women who have experienced trauma. Your responsibilities include offering emotional support, accompanying clients to activities and appointments, and collaborating with professionals and community organizations for comprehensive care.
Shifts: Thursday - Monday, 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: $26.16 - $28.25 per hour
About You
To qualify for this role, you must hold a level 4 or higher certificate in Mental Health and Addiction Support. In addition, a valid NZ driver's license is required. Desired attributes include previous experience working with trauma survivors, knowledge of women's health issues, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements: NZ full driver’s license, willingness to travel
