Role Overview

As the Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Manager - Group Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of employees across various operational areas including corporate offices, sales, site services, and more. Reporting to the H&S Global Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of the HSW strategy and vision, focusing on safety leadership, risk management, and continuous improvement.

What We Look For

We seek a high-performing individual with a hands-on approach to health and safety. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for building trusted relationships and influencing safe practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior HSW role, knowledge of relevant legislation, and experience with safety management systems.
