This role involves working closely with the Tekla Segment Manager, collaborating with the technical and sales teams, and providing technical support to customers in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice to customers
• Participate in customer onboarding processes
• Conduct customer Q&A and information sessions
• Test and customize software for the ANZ market
• Deliver training services across the Tekla suite of solutions
• Assist the Technical Account Manager in the sales process
