We are seeking a Head of Transport Infrastructure & Road Safety to drive client engagement, business development, technical excellence, and contribute to shaping national strategy in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership
• Lead and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
• Drive performance culture and talent management
• Engage with clients and stakeholders
• Lead design on projects and programmes
• Establish growth and capability plans

Requirements:

• Recognized tertiary qualification
• CPEng or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Transport Infrastructure
• 7-10 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in business development and project management
• Proven track record in client relationships
• Strong workforce planning skills
