Join Our Team as a Technical Consultant

Are you an experienced cloud engineer with strong PowerShell Scripting skills? We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team in a permanent role at our City Fringe Office with travel to client sites. The ideal candidate must have MSP experience and be based in Auckland with the right to work.

Role Overview

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering technical solutions for our client's customers. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Managed Services teams to understand client requirements and provide detailed Statements of Work or proposals that meet those requirements. Your role will involve leading the implementation and delivery of solutions, ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with sales and managed services teams to understand client requirements.
• Assist in the Pre-Sales process by pricing solutions based on product component pricing.
• Create proposals or Statements of Work for client approval.
• Design and implement technical solutions that align with client needs.
• Lead the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the delivery team.
• Document technical solutions accurately and clearly for the Managed Services team.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks during solution implementation.
• Ensure accurate time tracking and meet KPI requirements.

Preferred Candidate Experience & Education

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, delivering technical solutions.
• Strong experience in scoping and designing technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Experience in delivering hybrid and cloud technology solutions.
