Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Megafood, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with customers via phone calls
- Exploring new market opportunities
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop market strategies

Daily Tasks
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for tasks such as:
- Managing accounts for current customers
- Contacting potential new customers for sales
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Providing regular reports to the manager in writing
- Participating in meetings with the sales and management teams
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Must be a New Zealand resident
Location and Benefits
