About the Position
This is a permanent full-time role with rostered shifts from Monday to Friday, including some on-call duties and weekend lists. As a Perioperative RN Leader, you will have the opportunity to step into a leadership position that balances people management and operational leadership. Your responsibilities will include resourcing and procurement for our general operating theatres, making you the go-to person for clinical expertise.
Requirements for Success
- Strong experience as a theatre RN scrubbing for General and/or Head and Neck surgeries
- Experience supervising services and/or people
- Excellent coordination and delegation skills
- Positive attitude and professional maturity
- Ability to build positive relationships with team members, surgeons, and anaesthetists
