Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Executives and Senior Level staff to translate high-level objectives into actionable goals
• Lead Agile projects and ensure effective communication and engagement with key stakeholders
• Navigate through organizational changes, demonstrating diplomatic yet direct communication
• Utilize Change Management and Transformation expertise, with knowledge of HR processes and governance

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within an Enterprise environment
• Strong Agile working background
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
