About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with Finance Services professionals, managing recruitment processes, and contributing to the growth of our Financial Services sector within our existing client base. Working closely with a senior specialist and reporting to an experienced manager, you will have the support of Talent Finders to identify top talent in the market.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Accounting & Finance recruiter with a track record in permanent, contract, or executive-level recruitment. Whether you have worked in New Zealand or internationally, you should have a passion for sourcing top talent and a desire for personal and professional growth. Taking ownership of your work and collaborating effectively with the team are key factors for success in this position.
