### Job Description As a Human Resources Administrator at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in our HR Shared Services team. You will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide essential administration support to the broader HR team. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, your primary responsibility will be to uphold data integrity, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and proficiency in using systems. Your key tasks will include: - Responding to HR queries and providing information to employees - Maintaining data in our HR system - Conducting weekly HR inductions - Managing the Parental Leave process - Supporting company-wide HR initiatives

### Desired Skills and Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and attributes: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Exceptional attention to detail - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications - Ability to build relationships at all levels - HR-related tertiary qualification (preferred) - Basic knowledge of NZ employment legislation - Exposure to HR systems or prior experience in an HR administration role (advantageous)
