Join Our Team as a Psychology Advisor for Integrated Recovery

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Psychology Advisor to join our team in Auckland, Christchurch, Hamilton, Dunedin, or Wellington. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based clinical guidance to frontline teams and optimizing rehabilitation outcomes for injured individuals. Your work will contribute to improving the quality of life for New Zealanders by minimizing the impact of injury.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance to frontline teams
• Develop integrated ways of delivering clinical advice
• Collaborate with other advisors and specialists in Recovery Support
• Contribute to quality assessment and audit activities
• Support the Manager Clinical Services in achieving strategic goals

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Relevant medical or psychology qualification
• At least 5 years of clinical experience
• Current Annual Practising Certificate
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in complex rehabilitation
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000 per annum, with additional superannuation. We offer a supportive work environment where your contributions are valued.
