We are New Zealand’s leading supplier of food and technical supplies to the Cargo, Tanker, and Cruise ships industry. Located in Penrose, our busy office and warehouse team is committed to providing the highest levels of service to our clients.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your role will be diverse and interesting, with no two days being the same. Your duties will include:

• Assisting in product purchasing, receiving, and stock rotation
• Loading and unloading vans and freight trucks with the forklift
• Assisting in picking and packing orders
• Managing inventory by completing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and performing stock adjustments
• Inspecting and maintaining equipment
• Assisting in transportation management and shipping schedule
• Ensuring operational procedures are followed for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Driving around the North Island to deliver to various ports
• Keeping the warehouse neat, well organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Handling general administration for the warehouse

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will:

• Be computer literate with experience in word processing, spreadsheets, and inventory management software
• Have a clean Class 4 driver's license
• Display reliable and punctual work habits
• Possess strong leadership abilities, be well-presented, friendly, and able to communicate effectively
• Hold a forklift license (an advantage but not necessary)
• Be willing to work one weekend shift per month as part of the salary package
