The Opportunity:
Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Workforce Delivery Lead responsible for developing and delivering work programs aligned with the Aotearoa Health Workforce Plan. The role involves engaging with local health organizations, collaborating with stakeholders, executing local initiatives, and monitoring progress to achieve future workforce goals.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience managing change initiatives and service improvement programs
- Knowledge of the New Zealand health sector
- Project management expertise
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Understanding of Matauranga Māori and willingness to learn Te Reo
You will bring:
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and/or te reo Māori
