Responsibilities
- Maintaining ISO 45001 accreditation
- Embedding health and safety practices in daily operations
- Implementing, auditing, and maintaining health and safety systems
- Managing incident reporting and corrective actions
- Ensuring compliance with Hazardous Substances legislation
- Conducting audits and inspections aligned with ISO accreditation
- Managing external contractors' health and safety
- Identifying and mitigating critical risks
- Overseeing health and safety software, ecoPortal
- Delivering health and safety training
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Relevant HSE tertiary qualification (Level 4 Certificate and/or Diploma Level 6)
- 3-5 years of experience as a Health and Safety Coordinator or Manager
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and hazardous substances regulations
- ICAM training preferred
- First Aid Certificate
