Responsibilities

  • Maintaining ISO 45001 accreditation
  • Embedding health and safety practices in daily operations
  • Implementing, auditing, and maintaining health and safety systems
  • Managing incident reporting and corrective actions
  • Ensuring compliance with Hazardous Substances legislation
  • Conducting audits and inspections aligned with ISO accreditation
  • Managing external contractors' health and safety
  • Identifying and mitigating critical risks
  • Overseeing health and safety software, ecoPortal
  • Delivering health and safety training

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Relevant HSE tertiary qualification (Level 4 Certificate and/or Diploma Level 6)
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Health and Safety Coordinator or Manager
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and hazardous substances regulations
  • ICAM training preferred
  • First Aid Certificate
