About the Role

As a People Advisory and Design Consultant at Sprout People, you will have the chance to work with purpose-driven businesses and contribute to our key industry verticals such as deep tech, software, future food, and advanced manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic advice, coaching and mentoring, workshop facilitation, people and culture initiatives, and relationship building within the industry. You will work closely with our clients to create roadmaps that prepare them for the next stage of growth.

Your Ideal Background

The ideal candidate for this role should have previous experience in consulting, leadership, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation/training. A passion for networking, connecting with different businesses, and being part of the start-up ecosystem is essential. Problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a growth mindset are key attributes for success in this role.
