- Genetics group in Auckland & Brisbane - Leading provider of genetic information for livestock producers - Customer Service Technical Co-ordinator position in Auckland office - Responsible for customer order entry and support - Agricultural degree or equivalent experience required - Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills needed - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities required

Job requirements:

- Agricultural based degree or equivalent experience - Working knowledge of New Zealand cattle and/or sheep industries - Proficient in data entry - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills - Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and in a team

Job responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service and support - Handle customer inquiries and orders - Data entry and management - Generate reports and conduct statistical analysis - Liaise with Genetics Field Force and other stakeholders - Author updated business processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- Agricultural based degree or equivalent experience - Knowledge of New Zealand cattle and/or sheep industries desired - Accurate data entry skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team - Ability to meet quality guidelines and provide high levels of customer service
