Job responsibilities

- Providing sales and customer service support to new and existing customers in a fast-paced environment - Consulting with customers on the product range - Liaising with customers and successfully resolving escalations via phone or email - Processing orders through Netsuite - Taking enquiries via phone and email from customers on order-related issues - Costing and invoicing - Administrative duties - Liaising with internal purchasing & operations teams - Overall customer service focus with an account management mindset

Qualifications
