Overview

A large national architectural practice based in Auckland CBD is currently in search of a Registered Architect to join their team. They work across various sectors and offer an exciting opportunity to lead a team of architectural building technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of architectural building technicians
• Manage client relationships and engage with new clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Australian team to create a creative studio environment
• Prepare and present design proposals and documentation to clients
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets

Requirements

• New Zealand Registered Architect with a successful project portfolio
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and graphical)
• Collaborative approach to design
• Technical knowledge of architecture and proficiency in Revit
