Job Description: Registered Nurse/Fertility Nurse

Repromed is currently hiring for a full-time Registered Nurse/Fertility Nurse position within their nursing team. This role involves providing nursing services to clients, offering clinical care, and personalized education to support clients in their fertility journey. The successful candidate will join a dedicated nursing team, working closely with doctors, laboratory staff, and the quality team.

The role requires flexibility to cover late clinics and weekend shifts on a rostered system. Training will be provided on the job to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to clients, both face to face and via phone/video calls
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Deliver clinical care and personalized education, including medication teaching and support
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of nursing experience and possess strong interpersonal skills. Being empathetic, a team player, and able to work independently are essential qualities for the role. Experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to support individuals during challenging times are highly valued. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are also crucial for success in this position.
