Overview

This Senior Client Retention Advisory role in KiwiSaver and Investments offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to blend client re-engagement, data analysis, strategy, and reporting in a supportive and dynamic work environment. The role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, analyzing data to identify trends, and presenting findings to senior leaders to drive positive changes within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contacting existing customers considering a switch of their KiwiSaver Provider
  • Re-educating customers on KiwiSaver and Managed Funds
  • Providing guidance and support to help customers make informed decisions about their KiwiSaver Fund
  • Analyzing customer data to identify patterns and areas of risk
  • Working with Marketing to develop targeted retention strategies
  • Advocating for changes and enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • Experience in a Client Services, Retention, or Advisory role within Financial Services
  • Great communication and analytical skills
  • General knowledge of KiwiSaver and Investments
  • Interest in completing Level 5 Financial Services Certificate, Investments strand
  • Growth mindset and a clear credit and police check
