Overview
This Senior Client Retention Advisory role in KiwiSaver and Investments offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to blend client re-engagement, data analysis, strategy, and reporting in a supportive and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities
- Proactively contacting existing customers considering a switch of their KiwiSaver Provider
- Re-educating customers on KiwiSaver and Managed Funds
- Providing guidance and support to help customers make informed decisions about their KiwiSaver Fund
- Analyzing customer data to identify patterns and areas of risk
- Working with Marketing to develop targeted retention strategies
- Advocating for changes and enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Experience in a Client Services, Retention, or Advisory role within Financial Services
- Great communication and analytical skills
- General knowledge of KiwiSaver and Investments
- Interest in completing Level 5 Financial Services Certificate, Investments strand
- Growth mindset and a clear credit and police check
