Roles Available

We are looking to fill the positions of Housing Support Manager and Senior Housing Support Manager in Auckland - North and West. These roles are full-time and fixed-term until June 2025. The Housing Support Manager position offers a salary of $82,594 pa, while the Senior Housing Support Manager position offers $95,227 pa, both with 5 weeks' annual leave (pro rata).

Responsibilities

As a Housing Support Manager, you will build relationships with customers and their families to address their housing and wellbeing needs. You will work with a local team to provide holistic support, assist with rent arrears, and ensure access to essential services. The Senior Housing Support Manager will handle customers with more complex needs, focusing on coaching and mentoring the support team.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, skilled at building relationships, and capable of de-escalating challenging situations. Cultural awareness, problem-solving skills, and a valid NZ driver's license are essential for these roles.
