Position: Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch. In this role, you will support clients in our certification programs, assist in preparing GHG emissions inventories for audit, and promote their sustainability certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and support clients in sustainability initiatives
• Manage GHG emissions inventories and promote certification programs
• Engage with manufacturing, logistics, and construction businesses to improve sustainability
• Work collaboratively with the Account Management team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of client-facing work experience
• Background in environmental management, GHG emissions, or sustainability
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or logistics industry preferred
• Passionate about driving environmental improvement and customer satisfaction
• Strong communication and project management skills
