The Role

The Packaging Development Manager will be responsible for all aspects of packaging development, providing technical expertise to manufacturing, and collaborating with customers and suppliers to create sustainable packaging solutions. This role offers a mix of hands-on packaging technologist responsibilities and strategic management of the packaging department, providing an ideal opportunity for career development.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have a background in packaging technology within an FMCG operations environment, with experience in project management and various types of packaging. Key requirements include a relevant education in Food or Packaging technology/engineering, 5+ years of packaging experience, and excellent communication skills. If you are a self-starting individual with a passion for innovation, this role could be a great fit for you.
