Our client is a well-known dairy manufacturer based in New Zealand, with a strong local presence and successful products in both domestic and international markets. They are currently expanding their product range and looking for talented NPD Technologists to join their innovative team.

The Role:

We are hiring for 2 NPD Technologists - one at a senior level and one at an intermediate level. Reporting to the Head of Innovation, these positions will be part of a close-knit team focusing on new product innovation in the nutritional dairy sector. Responsibilities include working with various technologies such as wet and dry blending, spray-drying, and different product formulations and packaging. The successful candidates will be involved in end-to-end innovation, collaborating with operational functions to ensure smooth trials and product introductions.

Your Profile:

• Tertiary qualification in Food Technology/Science or similar
• 5+ years of experience in food product development, particularly with dairy products
• Experience with spray dryer, wet and dry mix processing technology preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Fluency in Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned company that values personal growth and development. The role offers a competitive salary based on experience, with the option for 2 days of remote work per week.
