About the Position

Charm, a small independent advertising agency based in Auckland, is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join their team. Located in the heart of the CBD, Charm offers a dynamic work environment with a great variety of clients and projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior team and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Building and nurturing client relationships
• Providing exceptional attention to detail and meeting project milestones
• Translating clients' goals into creative briefs
• Managing client expectations and assisting the senior team
• Handling budgets and project timings
• Problem-solving and presenting solutions
• Keeping clients informed on workload and priorities
• Presenting creative work confidently to clients
• Assisting in maintaining relationships with partners and suppliers
• Providing general office support as needed

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. They should be adept at communication and project management, with the ability to identify opportunities that add value to clients' businesses. A minimum of one year of post-university work experience or five years post-Y13 work experience is required. The successful candidate will be motivated, reliable, respectful, and eager to learn from senior team members.
