As an Account Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our 2,500+ team members by providing them with the marketing tools and services they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the central point of contact for all marketing services
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned branches and customers
• Advocate for tailored solutions and explore new initiatives
• Communicate customer needs and demands to the wider marketing team
• Manage multiple projects and client portfolios effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an account relationship manager role
• Strong customer service focus and personal services knowledge
• Ability to sell solutions aligned with business objectives
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
