The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team at our Head Office in Albany, Auckland. Your Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Accounts Payable Email folder
  • Checking and distributing invoices for approval
  • Entering approved invoices into the in-house job costing system
  • Liaising with branches to maintain integrity of the purchase order systems
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Maintaining and updating supplier database
  • Undertaking payment of local/international suppliers
  • General/Additional duties and ad hoc projects

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Previous Great Plains/Oracle experience (advantageous)
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
