Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable Contractor in Takapuna with WFH Flexibility!

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable contractor to join our client's team for an initial 4-6 weeks contract. This health-related service business operates across multiple sites in New Zealand and is committed to providing essential services to the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and enter invoices accurately
  • Schedule and make timely payments
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance and prepare reports
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Month-end balance sheet reconciliations
  • Maintain positive supplier relationships and resolve issues
  • Support the wider finance team as required

About You

If you have a solid background in accounts, experience in end-to-end/solo charge AP, and possess a high attention to detail, this role is for you. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.

Only candidates with immediate availability and New Zealand working rights will be considered for this position.
