Salary: $48,615 - $50,000 per year

About the Role:
The Auckland Bioengineering Institute is seeking an Administrator/Receptionist to join their team due to a team member relocating overseas. As a key support role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, reception duties, event support, and assisting with general operations to ensure the smooth running of the Institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and front of house duties
- Room bookings, access management, and facilities support
- Coordination of maintenance and repairs for equipment
- Supporting events and projects as needed
- Assisting the Team Leader and Operations Manager
- Postgraduation administration support
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service/reception
- Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Desire to help others succeed
