- Engaging and supporting Iwi/Māori, stakeholders, and communities
- Improving outcomes through a strategic approach
- Enhancing provider and community capacity
- Negotiating, managing, and monitoring contracts with providers
- Facilitating shared goals and outcomes

Qualifications

- Experience in building and managing relationships
- Understanding of cross-cultural practices

Skills

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to distribute key information and engage with community partners
- Knowledge of tikanga Māori and Pacific peoples' culture
