Join Our Team as a Part-Time Rostering Team Member at PSN

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and client-focused individual to join our rostering team at PSN in a part-time role. The position involves assisting in scheduling support workers for client visits in our Enliven Service, which provides home and community support for older people and individuals with disabilities or recovering from injury.

Role Details

• Schedule: Part-time, Saturdays 6:30 am - 3 pm, with additional adhoc days as needed
• Location: Conveniently located in Epsom (moving to Penrose in the future)
• Responsibilities: Providing afterhours support to meet client and staff needs, operating 7 days a week

Skills and Experience Required

We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Call Centre/Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry
• Previous scheduling/rostering experience is a plus
