The Opportunity

As an Analyst - Operations Performance & Insights, you will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of Customer Service reporting portfolio. You will be responsible for creating best-in-class products that provide transparency, insight, and depth to the leadership team, enabling informed decisions on operational performance. Your responsibilities will include managing adhoc data requests, report design, and building pertaining to CRM, ATHOP, Genesys Cloud, and Local Government Official Information and Meeting Act (LGOIMA) requests.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have 2 years of experience in business reporting and commentary writing, preferably in a customer services/operational environment. You should have a strong exposure to report stack development, analysis, and automation, as well as experience in data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and cube. Knowledge of ATHop/GTS data products, Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, and statistics is also required.
