About the Position

We are searching for an exceptional Club Manager to oversee the operations of the successful Anytime Fitness Botany Downs Franchise. As part of the world's largest 24-hour gym franchise, this opportunity involves managing a premier fitness establishment in East Auckland.

Responsibilities

The Club Manager will be tasked with upholding Anytime Fitness Brand Standards, efficiently managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, coordinating staff recruitment, sales, training, and performance reviews. Additionally, they will work on marketing initiatives, member engagement, account management, and maintaining club standards.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess client-centered and member-focused mindset, adept at target setting and achievement, excellent communication and computer skills, social media proficiency, previous management and fitness industry experience, as well as a proactive and initiative-driven attitude.
