Currently, the programme caters to 60-80 boy and girl rowers across all skill levels. The coaching team consists of six members, and operations are overseen by dedicated parent and steering committees.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Director of Rowing who is not only passionate about the sport but also dedicated to the holistic development of young athletes. The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive coaching experience in rowing
- Strong leadership skills to guide both rowers and coaching teams
- Ability to work with young athletes aged 13-18 and their parents
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in fostering team culture and individual character development
