Role and Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day support for the core Dynamics 365 platform, specifically FinOps
  • Management of stakeholders
  • Administration system configuration and testing support
  • Update and maintenance of system and integration interfaces
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of end-user issues
  • Engagement with Microsoft Global Support and online communities
  • Analysis and testing of release upgrades
  • Understanding of the MS Dynamics roadmap
  • Management of relevant 3rd party vendors

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in an application support role, along with extensive knowledge of MS Dynamics FinOps. Strong customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential.
